Lean Six Sigma este o metodologie de proiect pentru imbunatatirea proceselor de business, rezultand in scaderea costurilor, cresterea vitezei de procesare, cresterea calitatii prosuselor sau serviciilor. Pentru un sumar al acestei metodologii vizitati descrierea metodologiei Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) .
Programul de training Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) - Fundamente ofera o introducere in mangamentul proiectelor Lean Six Sigma cu metodologia DMAIC: identificare si rezolvare a problemelor de business pentru imbunatatirea proceselor, reducerea costurilor, cresterea satisfacerii clientilor, reducera defectelor.

Acest curs de Six Sigma se concentreaza ca membrii echipei de proiect sa inteleaga si sa aplice modelul Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) care este metodologia fundamentala pentru toate proiectele Six Sigma. Six Sigma este o metodologie structurata cu ajutorul careia echipele de proiect pot reduce ratele de erori a produselor sau serviciilor pina la un nivel neglijabil.
