Pentru un sumar al acestei metodologii vizitati descrierea metodologiei Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) .

Six Sigma este o metodologie structurata cu ajutorul careia echipele de proiect pot reduce ratele de erori a produselor sau serviciilor pina la un nivel neglijabil.
