Lean Six Sigma este o metodologie de proiect pentru imbunatatirea proceselor de business, rezultand in scaderea costurilor, cresterea vitezei de procesare, cresterea caliatii prosuselor sau serviciilor. Pentru un sumar al acestei metodologii vizitati metodologia Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) .

Programul de training Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt va ofera tehnici pentru mangamentul proiectelor Lean Six Sigma cu metodologia DMAIC de identificare si rezolvare a problemelor de business pentru imbunatatirea proceselor, reducerea costurilor, cresterea satisfacerii clientilor, reducera defectelor.

Acest training de Lean Six Sigma se urmareste ca persoanele responsabile cu coordonarea proiectelor Lean Six Sigma (nivel Green Belt) sa aplice metodologia Define, Measure, Analize, Improve, Control pentru toate proiectele Six Sigma. Lean Six Sigma este o metodologie structurata cu ajutorul careia echipele de proiect pot reduce ratele de erori a produselor sau serviciilor pina la un nivel neglijabil.

Cursul introduce la un nivel intermediar principalele metode statistice necesare pentru derularea proiectelor Six Sigma. Pentru exemplificare si rezolvarea exercitiilor se foloseste Minitab de catre instructor sau de catre participantii la training.

Ca "filozofie" de management, Lean Six Sigma pune accentul pe lucrurile bine facute si necesita ca multe dintre procesele de business sa fie executate fara erori. Clientii acorda o mare importanta proceselor care sunt executate in mod predictibil. Lean Six Sigma este o metodologie verificata in practica care ofera o cale de imbunatatire a oricarei activitati dintr-o companie.
